God knows in the beginning how things will end. He does not like bad endings! Not only does He know what the end will be, but He already spoke how it will be. He is in charge of how it will go. You can tell that God wants things to end good because that is when He sends Jesus back. He saves the best for last!

You can also tell by the stories in the bible. The bad guys usually lose. God and Moses helped the people not stay slaves, and God got Noah out of the boat again. David got to be King after winning Goliath in a fight. See? All happy endings!

Even dying ends good if you listen to Him. You get to go to heaven!

Did you know that the Israeli people start their day in the evening? That means it ends in the daytime! That’s how God wants it.

When Jesus died, He came to life again. Now that’s a happy ending!
When you are sad, it’s not over yet. It gets better. I try to remember that whenever I get sick.
There is something you should know: not all people have good endings. To have a good ending, you have to love Jesus. It’s not so much how you are, but Who you know. It also helps to do what He says. That is the tricky part. If you are going to do what He says, you have to hear what He says. To hear what He says, you have to pay attention. You can’t hear Him when you aren’t listening. Sampson didn’t listen very well. Neither did Adam or Eve. Look what happened to them!
