Satan is a pirate. Pirates kill, steal, and destroy. Satan is worse than a pirate because he doesn’t just steal things because he wants them; he steals things so he can wreck them. Stealing good things is his way of making God feel bad. It is also his way of scaring you. But here is a secret:

Satan can’t take away God’s gifts because God is IN all His gifts!

But Satan does try to steal our Treasure. That is why we must hide it!

What is our Treasure? Our Treasure is our love for God, the plans He has for us, and the things He says! Our Treasure is what makes us What We Are and Who We Are.

Where is our Treasure? In our heart! Our heart is our Treasure Chest!

The only way to keep your Treasure Chest safe from Pirate Satan is to give it to God. He guards it Himself by moving in! He lives in our Treasure Chest (Heart) as soon as it becomes His.

God’s plans for us are good! He plans all kinds of surprises for us. He wants us to be happy, healthy, and loved.

The Things God Says
God tells us good things like how much He loves us. He also tells us what to do to be safe!
